PROTOCOL PAPER · VERSION 1.0

THE BEGWORK
PROTOCOL.

A public coordination layer for direct, voluntary aid.

Bagwork asks holders to work for their bags. BEGWORK asks the bags to finally do some work for the holders.

WHY BEGWORK EXISTS
GIB SOL SER CAN I HAVE 0.1 SOL? CAN I BORROW $5? MY DAD'S SICK I NEED SOME MONEY BUY ME LAUNCH SER?

THE ASK
WAS ALWAYS
RIGHT THERE...

Every day on X, people ask KOLs, traders, and strangers for a little SOL, five dollars, rent money, work, or one last chance. Most of those asks disappear inside replies, get mocked, or are never seen by anyone able to help.

BEGWORK gives those people one public place to make the ask properly. Post the story, add a wallet, and optionally leave a contact link when there is work, a skill, or a service to offer.

The name is a joke. The intention is not. BEGWORK was built to make overlooked people visible and give strangers a direct way to help someone who may have nobody else to ask.

ONE FOR ALL AND ALL FOR ONE.
01

ABSTRACT

BEGWORK is a public wall where anyone can publish a short case for financial help, attach a destination wallet, and receive direct support from other people. It removes accounts, profiles, follower counts, and wallet connections from the submission process.

The system is intentionally small. It does not attempt to solve capitalism. It barely attempts Tuesday. Its job is to make need visible, rank community response, and provide a clear route for voluntary transfers.

02

SUBMISSION MODEL

A Begwork contains two required elements: the case itself and a wallet address. A social or contact link is optional. It exists for people offering work, skills, services, or another honest way to earn support. It is not identity verification.

RATE RULEOne post per public IP every 30 minutes.

The cooldown is enforced on the server, not with browser cookies. Refreshing, changing browsers, or opening an incognito tab does not create a fresh submission slot.

03

SOCIAL CONSENSUS

Each public IP may hold one active vote per post: like or dislike. A vote can be removed or changed. This gives the wall a lightweight resistance to casual vote spam without asking visitors to create an account.

TOP BEGWORKS is ranked by total likes. Dislikes remain visible as public context, but they do not secretly change the ranking formula. There are no paid boosts, follower multipliers, KOL allocations, or “trust me bro” coefficients.

04

HOURLY DEVELOPER-FEE DISTRIBUTION

At each hourly distribution window, the highest-ranked eligible Begworks can receive donations funded by available developer fees. The leaderboard supplies the public ranking input. Treasury availability, wallet validity, moderation status, and distribution rules determine final eligibility.

A top ranking is not a guaranteed payout. If the fee balance is zero, the protocol cannot distribute motivational quotes instead. Direct donations from visitors remain available at all times through the wallet shown on each post.

05

PRIVACY MODEL

BEGWORK requires no public account, email, password, wallet connection, or profile. Raw IP addresses are not stored. The server converts each IP into a one-way keyed hash used only to enforce posting cooldowns and one-vote-per-post rules.

Posts, wallet addresses, optional contact links, vote totals, and post numbers are public by design. A wallet address is a payment destination, not proof that the story is true.

06

MODERATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Posts may be removed for fraud, impersonation, stolen stories, malicious links, wallet-drainer bait, threats, spam, or content unrelated to the purpose of BEGWORK. Removed post numbers are not recycled. History can have gaps. So can a trader's portfolio.

Moderation protects the wall but does not certify every surviving claim. Donors remain responsible for deciding what they believe and where they send funds.

07

RISK AND NON-PROMISES

BEGWORK does not promise donations, token performance, recovered rent, employment, emotional closure, (aside from Top Begworks) or a reply from the dev. Crypto transfers are public and irreversible. Verify every address before sending.

Never share a seed phrase or private key. BEGWORK does not need either one, even if somebody asking has a blue check and an AI-generated profile picture of a Roman emperor.
